Vitalik Buterin’s statement on cryptocurrencies

Vitalik Buterin stated about the cryptocurrency superiority over other payment instruments:
“People continue to underestimate how often cryptocurrency payments are superior to others, not even because of resistance to censorship, but simply because they are much more convenient. This is a huge boost for international business and charity, and sometimes even for payments within countries”.

Buterin noted that digital assets are the best tools in comparison with “currently available alternatives”.

Earlier, Buterin announced the potential achievement of Ethereum throughput of 100,000 transactions per second.
