NFT-collection from Porsche

Car manufacturer Porsche will launch its own collection of non-fungible tokens (NFT) in January 2023.
7,500 unique NFTs will make up this collection. It will be based on the classic model of the carmaker — Porsche 911.

The company calls this initiative “the merger of the physical and digital worlds.”
Hamburg designer and 3D artist Patrick Vogel worked on Porsche’s first NFT collection.

This event marks the automaker transition to the Web3 sphere.

Porsche aims to integrate new technologies into its business and is considering moving the supply chain to blockchain.
The company is also exploring environmental sustainability issues through Web3.

In 2022, another German car manufacturer, Audi, released its own NFT collection.
